THE BUTCHER
THE FISHWIVES
If we have it in stock, we can arrange
delivery to you on the same day.
If you order by 4pm on Thursday, you can add
anything you like for your Friday night dinner party.
Buy a packet of Pure Black eye fillet steaks
– there are two in a pack – for $27.50, and
a bottle of Terrace Edge Pinot Noir for
$55, and you’ll still have change left over.
Buy two 300-gram eye fillets from The Butcher’s
own Angus Pure or Arrawatta Trinity suppliers.
You simply won’t find better steak anywhere.
You would still have enough to buy a bottle
of Dust Kickers Barossa Shiraz to top off
the meal… grab a bunch of flowers for extra
brownie points!
That’s easy. Buy a packet of stir-fry
Pure Black beef at $16 or a piece of
porterhouse steak (enough for two
people) at $20.50, and serve with rice and
veggies. A tub of hummus or red pepper
dip at $6.50 to have with a drink first would
be a nice touch, too.
Buy one of our great grass-fed sirloin steaks and
ask the butcher to cut it into two 200-gramsteaks.
Our Pure Black grass-fed beef products
and our lamb products fromNew Zealand
are all hormone- and antibiotic-free,
pasture-raised and delicious. The beef
comes mainly from smaller farms in
Victoria, Tasmania and the southeastern
corner of South Australia, while the lamb
comes from Gisborne on the east coast
of New Zealand’s North Island.
Close your eyes, spin around three times and
point to any of our products. Cows eat grass,
sheep eat grass – why feed them anything
else? We deal with small processors and can
show you on a map where our farmers live. It’s
all grass-fed, and it’s all great.
We are the only people in Singapore selling
PureBlack beef fromTasmania. We are also
the only company selling MUD Australia
Ceramics, which is beautiful handmade
homeware and kitchenware that is perfect
for cooking and serving your meat.
We know who our farmers are and we know
how our products are raised. And we have
some great Aussie products – exclusive small
goods like black pudding and double-smoked
bacon, and biodynamic and organic cheeses
from small, independent, award-winning cheese
makers that you simply won’t find anywhere else.
