FOR KIDS
Stick Around for This One
Stick Man is a quirky tale with a title character who is first
mistaken for just an ordinary stick, then taken far away
and used for all sorts of things, from a flag mast to a
cricket bat, and from a snowman’s arm to firewood (well,
almost!). Eventually, a very lost Stick Man wonders if he’ll
ever make it back to his wife and children in the family
tree. Passing through all of the seasons and culminating
in a Christmas celebration, this touching and witty
production, complete with live music and instruments,
is sure to delight both kids – especially aged three and
above – and their grownups, no matter the season. See
it from 9 to 12 October at SOTA Drama Theatre, 1 Zubir
Said Drive. Tickets from Sistic.
