Resolving to stay fit is easy; but by
mid-year, a lack of time or motivation
often gets the better of us. Personal
training is an excellent way of
keeping those fitness resolutions on
track all year long – especially when
your trainer comes to you.
EzFit

expat and mother-of-two, TESSA
MYERS (38), to share her experience
of trainingwith EzFit for the past year.
