hile it may be only human
to take good health for
granted, our lifestyle

difference. But our genes also influence
our risk of disease, as do a number of
other factors beyond our control.

practitioners in every conceivable field.
For this article, I asked a number
of them about just one of the leading
health issues that they deal with every
day – and, where appropriate, what we
can do to prevent them in the first place.
