Students on Stage
St Joseph’s Institution International students took
part in the annual SJI concert, a collaborative
community project that provides the opportunity to
perform on the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage
at the Botanic Gardens. The concert included
performances by the SJI International Jazz Band,
Samba Band, Hip Hop Dance group, Bugsy Malone
tap dance girls, High School Orchestra and SJI
International Elementary School students.
Celebration of Speed
Guests joined Marcus Lim, founder of Formula DRIFT Asia and
general manager of Binter & Co., for the launch of a photo book
and charity drive to commemorate eight years of Formula DRIFT
in Asia. Esteemed motorsports photographer, Larry Chen, was on
hand to share his experiences capturing all the action over the
past decade. Chen’s photographs were also displayed as part of
an exhibition at Shaw House Urban Plaza.
