Thanks for the Rain!
Rather wet weather didn’t dampen spirits at the 2013 Great Eastern Women’s Race
– if anything, it was a blessing, whether you were doing 21km, 10km or 5km. Apart
from the usual complimentary bananas and bottles of 100 Plus, runners were also
treated to free ice cream, muffins, hot dogs and more. The longest queue was for
Nando’s flame-grilled chicken, though!
